NebuAd Gets Hit with Class Action Lawsuit

Aggrieved customers have filed a class action lawsuit against NebuAd, alleging that the web ad provider’s deep packet inspection violates several federal and state privacy and computer crime laws. The suit also names as defendants several affiliated internet service providers (ISPs) who partnered with NebuAd to track customers’ internet use and/or insert targeted ads.
